Reiki is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing.
This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication.
We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being.
Reiki can help the body emotionally or spiritually and is a process that anyone can enjoy in the normal course of their life. Reiki can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatment and often helps to provide emotional support during recovery.

About Pat
Patricia Sterrett VTCT - C.H.A is a fully qualified Reiki trainer and has been teaching Spiritual Healers since 1989 and Reiki Healers since 1998.
Her qualifications include City & Guilds Further Education Teacher, Trainer and Reiki master level since 1997 and VTCT Reiki.
Patricia was first taught Spiritual Healing with the Spiritualist National Union in 1980, andshe later qualified to Healer Trainer status with other Healing schools including: The Healer Practitioner Association, International, The Healing Foundation, the Universal Healing Association - & Holistic Healers Association International and she is proud of the fact that ASH Centre has become a well respected and well known Healer training school in the West Midlands.
Pat is also dellighted that many of her students have since offered Spiritual Healing sessions in hospitals, hospices, medical clinics and doctor's surgeries as well as at Health Fayres around the country - and many have developed their own Healing Centres where they work professionally as fully Certificated and insured Spiritual Healers.
Patricia contniues to infleunce generations of healers and spiritualist around the world with her incredible guidance and pheonmenal healing gifts.
