Distance Healing is sent out to those who request healing at 10am and 10pm  - and at other times, day and night, by individual healers. 

Spiritual and Reiki Healers work just as effectively as channels  to send out distant healing energies as when they meet clients face to face.

Give brief details of who is to receive the healing - 

   i.e. whether it is for yourself, your family member or for friend -  or even your pet)

State their health condition or issues,

State the age group - 

State the district, city or country of residence.

How to receive your Distance Healing

Once you have submitted your request, there is nothing more you need is to do other than to relax as much as possible.  You may sit on a chair, or lie relaxed on a bed and think about the healing that is being sent to you.  

You may feel the energies in the form of heat or cold or tingling, or even see colours - or you may not be aware of anything taking place. Most people feel a deep sense of inner peace and contentment as they recieve Distance Healing. Whether you notice anything or not, please know that powerful energies are being sent to you to help free you from pain, as well as from physical, emotional and mental torment.  

You may wish to schedule this relaxation time to coincide with the ASH Centre  healing hours of 10am and 10pm -  Times scheduled for the International Healing Services when positive Distant/Absent  healing energies are sent out by dedicated Spiritual healers across the world.  

Please note: it is not essential to receive healing at any specified time, as the healing energies are not bound by time and space  - and the benefits of Absent Healing will reach you at any time that you are free

to sit quietly and accept the healing energy being sent your way.
