Everyone welcome.

These friendly and informative groups were originally formed to introduce Psychic and Spiritual communication and meditation techniques to those new to sitting in a circle, we find more experienced sitters also enjoy these varied sessions.

The group has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the meetings are light hearted and fun – enabling sitters to move forward in positive ways on their spiritual pathway. 

You can join us at any session, as each week we tend to cover different aspects of mediumship.

SESSIONS COVERED WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

     .    Learning different Meditation techneques to quieten the mind.

     .    Benefitting from guided meditations to help you to develop 

          your psychic and spiritual gifts.

      .   Understanding Chakra energy centres and how to use them

          when developing your spiritual gifts.

      .   Learning more about your Auric Field and how to use the

          auric field on self and others to give healing or clairvoyant messages

      .   Opening  your energy centres to prepare you to work with your                        spiritual guides - and you will learn to close down and                                      protect  yourself after communicating with spirit.   

      .   Receiving clairvoyant messages for yourself and to give

          messages to others. 

      .   Aspects of the philosophy of spiritualilty. 

      .   You will be enabled to give spiritual healing to yourself, as well as to

          family and friends. 

     .    Methods of using different packs of Angel Cards to give

          Clairvoyant readings.

      .   Experience Automatic Writing and Spiritual Drawings 

      .   How to use flowers, ribbons and other devices to give

          Clairvoyant readings. 

      .   Learn more about the importance of colour and how to use

          colour to give clairvoyant readings.
